      压缩机吸气压力低会造成压缩机运行效率低,影响CNG站能耗。通过对华油公司下属华阳鸿运CNG站压缩机各级气缸的缸径进行改造,一级缸径Φ155 mm扩为Φ175 mm,二级缸径Φ1102 mm扩为Φ105 mm,三、四级缸径Φ78 mm扩为Φ80 mm。对比分析改造前后的压缩机排气量和耗电量,得出改造后压缩机实际产能同比增加42%、节电率最高可达31.5%的结论。改造后压缩机安全运行,283 d即可收回改造费用。

      Low suction pressure will cause inefficient operation of compressor and affect energy consumption. After optimizing cylinder bores at all levels in Huayang Hongyun CNG compressor station, the first cylinder bore amplifies fromФ155 mm toФ175 mm. The second cylinder bore amplifies from Ф102 mm toФ105 mm and both of the third and fourth ones amplify from Ф78 mm toФ80mm. Compared before and after the amplification of compressor exhaust and power consumption, it can be concluded that the actual capacity of the compressor after amplification is increased 42 percents and the rate of power saving is 31.5%. After optimization, the compressor operates in safe and the costs can be recovered in 283 days.
